CZCZ data composited at the University of Miami (Feldman, 1989) and made available on a 'browser' designed for Goddard Space Flight Center. Data shown here were first combined into monthly averages by summing all available data for each 20km x 20km pixel for the life of the satellite, Nov 1978 to June 1986. The data were then further composited into four seasonal climotologies (DJF, MAM, JJA, & SON). Data are here displayed for the LTER sector and shows the the cardinal lines and sampling stations of the LTER grid (white triangles) and includes contours of bottom topography.
