           0830  - Workshop starts with general meeting and introduction
                   - update on status of analysis (Martinson & Iannuzzi)
                   - hydrography and sea ice as an example
           1030  - break  & time for individual component analysis
                 - Generation of all climatologies for all components 
		   on selected grid	
                 - PC & EOF analysis of grid data 
           1530  - group comparison and discussion of results 
                 - Joint work & manuscript outlines
