Hi Polly,

Our PI's and Steering Committee will be at NSF prior 
0900.  We'd like this meeting to primarily be an
informal discussion that would include several topics:
1) A Science Overview - where we've come from, what 
	we've learned and future directions
2) Resources available during the 2002-2008 time frame -
	ships, ship time, moorings, station allocation, etc.
3) Leadership transition, proposal preparation, discussion
	of strategies.

A key objective will be to make sure that our and OPP's
objectives are on the same wavelength - so that there are
no misunderstandings.  I've discussed this agenda with 
Hugh Ducklow and am including him in our correspondence.
