USAP RESEARCH SUPPORT FACILITIES SURVEY
 1998-99 FIELD SEASON
INSTRUCTIONS: Each Principal Investigator (PI) or Field Team Leader will
receive this survey from Antarctic Support Associates (ASA) during their
project in-briefing in Antarctica or at the port of departure, should complete
it during the field season, and return it during the project's out-briefing.
The survey is designed to collect information regarding research support
facilities in the United States Antarctic Program (USAP), as an annual
requirement for the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).  Should
you not complete and return the survey in Antarctica or points of arrival from
Antarctica, then please complete and mail or fax it as soon as possible to:
