Approximately 100ml filtered on nylon membrane filters, 45mm 2microns. Both nutrient and ammonia water samples taken from same filtrate. Ammonia analyzed by method described in Sticland Parsons, using 1/4th the volume (12.5ml). Nutreints by methods of Analytical Lab UCSB.
