nutrientsdi 02jan 08 Jan 2002 through 26 Jan 2002 Samples taken from Go-Flo bottles and analyzed within 4 hours on board the LM Gould during the January LTER Cruise. All samples run on an ALPKEM Flow Solutions IV segmented flow nutrient analyzer. year, day, date, grid line, grid station, GMT (hour), GMT (min), latitude (degrees), latitude (minutes), longitude (deg.), longitude (min.), event #, irradiance (%), depth (m), phosphate (uM), silicate (uM), nitrite (uM), nitrate (uM), ammonium (uM) nitrate (uM) from difference of measured variables nitrite + nitrate (uM) and nitrite (uM). Water was sampled from all depths at all cruise stations. Along-track surface water was also collected and analyzed. Water from Go-Flo bottles was sub-sampled directly into acid washed 30ml polyethylene vials and stored, to a 4 hour maximum, at 4 degrees Celsius until analysis on an ALPKEM Flow Solutions IV nutrient analyzer. Water was sampled from Go-Flo bottles off a side-deployed rosette at all depths sampled (usually eleven discreet depths). nutrients, phosphate, silicate, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium ASCII, comma separated /data/02jan/nutrientsdi 02jan.nuts Dr. Maria Vernet, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, San Diego, CA mvernet@ucsd.edu Dr. Maria Vernet, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, San Diego, CA mvernet@ucsd.edu Wendy Kozlowski and Karie Sines Karie Sines Karie Sines Karie Sines Wendy Kozlowski 07 June 2004 "A Suggested Protocol for Continuous Flow Automated Analysis of Seawater Nutrients", Louis I.
