Uploaded file is as tab-delimited text. Units are placed below appropriate column headers. Caveats: " Chlorophyll measurements - a zero or ""N/A"" indicates a sample that was either lost in processing or below hplc detection limits." P-I parameters errors - these are estimates(!) of the standard deviation for each parameter. Estimates were made using the method of Zimmerman et al. 1987 (Evaluation of variance approximation techniques for non-linear photosynthesis - irradiance models . Marine Biology 95:209-215 ) " For some parameters, particularly It, you may see an error estimate which" is either very much larger or smaller than the parameter estimate e.g. 600 +/- 0.42 or 1100 +/- 2200. " Treat these values with scepticism. It usually means there very few, if any," data points in the area of the curve most affected by this parameter. " If all of the parameters have large or unreasonable errors, the curve was noisy," usually because of very low photosynthetic activity. Model 4 is Pat Neale's modification of Model 1 to allow photoinhibition.
